Dog lover, MAMA, passionate coffee drinker, striving every day to be the best human I can be. I've always had a passion for photography and for capturing moments that I wish could last forever. Whether it be tiny baby toes or wet doggie noses, I can guarantee I have a photo of it. I am a people person and love to make people smile. Like a friend from the beginning...
"Koiya did SUCH a magnificent job with our photo shoot!!! She was open to all of our crazy ideas - including different poses/angles and unique props such as live butterflies! She is very personable, like a friend from the beginning! She helps suggest different places to shoot and keeps the mood light with lots of jokes. And she will do what it takes to get the right shot - she will literally lay down to get the correct angle, and during our shoot she even climbed INTO a pine tree for just the right position to photograph from. She helped position us for various poses and would shows us shots on her camera throughout the session to see if we were happy with what was being captured. Can't recommend her highly enough! Absolutely love her work!
We used her for our maternity shoot and then newborn with our first child ! (Our son) and knew right away to use her again when pregnant with our 2nd and maternity photo shoot.
She’s so warm and welcoming. She’s fantastic with kids as well making them feel safe and included.

what an amazing experience!
It was my first time getting family photos done (couple plus a puppy) and Koiya was so great! She was patient with the puppy and took the best photos. Her style guide really helped me as well for a first timer!
Very easy to schedule and communicate with. And it was super easy to access photos to download. She puts so much time into her edits and I was so happy with the outcome! Definitely recommend! Looking forward to more sessions in the future!
